I am passionate about movement and how it benefits the body, mind and spirit. 
In the increasingly noisy and busy world we live in, it can be difficult to take the time to tune into ourselves and know what we need so I love nothing more than creating inspiring spaces where people can get out of their heads and into their bodies, take time out and reconnect with themselves on a meaningful level. Seeing people claim that space, reconnect to their inner wisdom and check back in with their body, mind and heart - this is where magic can happen!

From the mindful connecting power of Dru yoga on the mat to the liberating and transformational experience of dancing Qoya,  I offer a number of different classes and workshops. Qoya

Qoya classes are based on the simple idea that through movement we remember. We remember our true essence is WISE, WILD and FREE.

Qoya also helps us remember those things that can never be put into words. Like when you see a sunset and your whole body exhales. When you are on a road trip feeling the sensation of adventure. When you feel the warmth of your lover's body in bed while it is raining outside or when you catch up with an old friend and at the end of the conversation you really feel like everything is going to be ok.
