Hello!
I’m Will and I’m a Holistic Practitioner using Qoya, Dru yoga, wellbeing coaching and a variety of workshops and retreats to help people to reconnect to themselves.
I’m passionate about the journey of self (re)discovery and empowering soul searchers like myself to unlock the answers within to be able to live a life that feels right and true to them.
I believe we all have the answers within us and the key to unlocking all of our awesomeness is to slow down, create space to listen and reconnect to our bodies and our inner wisdom. I believe that when we step away from the noise and expectations of society, movement can be a powerful form of soul medicine, bringing us back to our centre and helping us to remember our true essence.
My background in psychology and wellbeing feeds my deep interest in the connection between movement and mental health and having experienced burn out in an incredibly stressful job, I am a passionate advocate of slowing down, getting out of your head and into your body and finding the right balance in life. I’m always seeking to learn more and I'm very honest in saying I teach what I most need to learn myself. I am by no means perfect and my path to facilitating classes hasn't been easy which I hope makes me a more empathetic teacher!
My practise has transformed my own wellbeing and deepened my connection to myself in a profound and life changing way. I wish the same for others.
Other stuff you might want to know...
I love starry nights, storytelling, creativity, curiosity, people who make me see the world differently, Spring, flip flops, notebooks (slight addiction!), sunsets, tea from funky teapots, real fires, good books, sunny days and road trips. My happy place is by the sea.
I’m a proud supporter of wild wiggly hair, pancakes for breakfast, odd socks and staying up far too late trying to find my new favourite song for my classes.
As an avid music lover who pretty much lives my life to a daily soundtrack, my classes will be a combination of bending, breathing and the perfect beats!
I am both soulful and wild and when I say I try to live a balanced life, this includes yoga and cake (especially the icing) alongside mindfulness and rock music (with ALL the air guitar moves).
Most of all, I believe the world can be a better place if we are all a little more connected to both ourselves and each other and this is my offering to bring us a step closer to that.
